Caballaro Agency (Caballaro Insurance Services, LLC; "we," "us") is an independent insurance agency at 1800 West Loop South, Suite 1700, Houston, TX 77027. Texas License #3073428. This policy explains how we collect and use information on caballaroagency.com and when you contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, address, and details about the coverage you want. We also collect basic technical information, like your browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, prepare quotes, service your policies, schedule calls, send the messages you agreed to receive, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Phone numbers and text messages (SMS)
How we collect your number: when you enter it on a form on this site, call or text us, or give it to us directly. On our forms, text consent is a separate checkbox for each message type, never pre-checked, and never required to get a quote.
How we use it: if you check a box to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to send the types of messages you selected: account updates, and offers if you opted in separately.
No sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Opting out: Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
Insurance carriers and plan providers when you ask for a quote or apply; service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM and phone system) under confidentiality obligations; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. The SMS section above applies to your mobile number in all cases.
